MCBN Project for February 2018 | Grainline Studio Alder Shirtdress

Hello my dears,

It is time for another Minerva Crafts Blogger Network project! This month I made the Grainline Studio Alder Shirtdress out of a gorgeous novelty print cotton poplin. I sewed up the size 12 with a couple of minor adjustments.

This was my first time using a Grainline Studio pattern and I am happy to report that it was mostly an enjoyable process. Although this dress is slightly different than my usual style, I really like how it turned out. I've worn it several times since I finished it and it looks like it will be well-worn this summer!

Also, how cute is this fabric??

If you want to read all the nitty-gritty details, be sure to head over and read my post on the Minerva Crafts website.

Have you used any Grainline Studio patterns before? I've been taking a peek at the different ones available and I might need to try out a couple more!
