March Make for MCBN: Deer and Doe Bleuet Dress
Hello my dears,
It's that time of the month again! My March project for the Minerva Crafts Blogger Network may just be my favorite on yet. I love everything about it and cannot wait for the weather to get warmer so I can wear it all the time! I stitched up a pink and floral, super girly version of the Deer and Doe Bleuet dress pattern.
This cotton poplin was beyond amazing to work with. It has the slightest stretch to it which makes the finished dress quite comfortable. Also, can we talk about how perfect the bow in the back turned out?? I cannot get over how cute it looks! It is my favorite part of the whole dress.
The ladies behind Deer and Doe did such a wonderful job on the pattern drafting, diagrams, and instructions that I didn't have a single head scratching moment. This was my first time using one, and now I am quite anxious to get more! Do you have a favorite Deer and Doe pattern that you would highly recommend?
If you want to read more about the making of this dress, then be sure to read my post over on the Minerva Crafts site.
My sewing mojo has definitely made a massive come back since returning home after visiting my family. I've been sewing up a storm! Stay tuned for a few more projects that will be making their appearance very soon.
