Lofoten Sweater Kits

Did you hear the news?? I'm offering my first ever sweater kit, and introducing a brand new base to my shop! 🎉🎉🎉

Okay, so all the details can be found in the video below, but I wanted to share the basic details in case you weren't interested in watching it.

The Lofoten Sweater is designed by Emily of The Blue Mouse Knits. I have dyed up three different kits on both my Dumble base and the brand new Tammo tweed base. The pattern isn't included in the yarn kit. You can purchase that separately from Emily over on Ravelry when it goes live on August 17th. Also, do be sure to watch Emily's video for all the details of the KAL she'll be hosting for the Lofoten sweater.

If you purchase one of these kits, you will be the first to have access to Tammo! I won't be putting it up in my shop until after my trunk show at Dances With Wool on August 4th.

There are three different kit options:

Kit #1: "Nature's Sonnet," "Chestnut Tree," and "Greenwood"

Kit #2: "To Be Old Fashioned," "Diggory," and "Sour Apple"

Kit #3: "Pooh Bear," "Nutkin," and either "Chestnut Tree" or "Paper Boats"

Kit #3 actually has two options: you can either use the tamed down combination of "Pooh Bear" "Nutkin" and "Chestnut Tree" or "Pooh Bear," "Nutkin" and "Paper Boats." I'm knitting my Lofoten out of the latter combination and I think it is lovely! But I must admit to being particularly partial to a good blue.
